I lived in the area during the mid '80s. After leaving I remember seeing homes valued at 1 million which seemed impossible. Then I saw Holmes offered at $2 million which I thought was impossible. Then I saw mega Mansions being built such as this one. It's absolutely beautiful. I'm sure the buyers will be very very happy.

The 1st thing i Noticed was that thick metal lock on the front door good security but why 🤔 seems a bit concerning...the lighting is not bright enough for my taste....very dark colors as well. What's the building behind the deck ? Is it shown on the video?overall Beautiful

This is the house that seems impossible to sell. It started out for sale in 2015 for $50 million. It had no offers and the price was dropped to $45 million in 2019. They dropped the price to $30 million early this year, dropped it again to $28 million and just recently dropped it to $23.5 million. I seem to recall the couple that built the place bought the land for $65 million. (Btw I know it is listed as first having gone on sale in 2016 but I distinctly remember being in Chicago in 2015 and going to check out the site (and the house was for sale then).
